declaration

Everyone experiences love at one point. Many believe that teenagers and children can not experience love. I have always believed that you can love at any age but maybe not know it. I got the idea to do my concept of love at different ages because love can be felt at different ages.
It took me a long time to think I of my concept because I have learned over the past couple years that with out love it is hard to go on with life. You need people who can stand by you and love you. So I knew I wanted to do something on love, but it seemed that a lot of people were doing love so I wanted something different.
I got the idea of love at different ages because I was at my brothers football banquet when my mother and a bunch of adults were talking about how their thirteen year olds have girlfriends and have actually been with them for over a month or two, but they already say “I love you” to each other. That bothered me because I really do believe that you can experience love. I might not be true love but it is love at any age. They continued on to say that anybody under the age of twenty had no idea what love is.
I strongly disagree. I know that I have been in love with someone for two years and no one can tell me that I am not in love. So when this project was given I came up with the idea to prove to everyone that love is felt at many ages.
Many people buy art work of kids kissing in different areas because they believe it’s cute. Well I think by displaying the artwork and explaining it people will come and realize the truth about love and maybe change their ideas of love. As Jeanne Moreau said “Age does not protect you from love, but love to some extent protects you from age. “
